Why so many online lists are stale

The duty roster changes every month: the health and population director (DSP) of each wilaya draws up the list, commune by commune, fifteen days before the start of each month, in consultation with the profession — the framework is the decree of 20 August 2014, published in Official Journal no. 54 and available on the SNAPO website. Nights, Fridays, Eid: how duty shifts work

In Algiers, the day duty covers 08:00 – 20:30 and the night duty takes over from 20:30 until 08:00 the next morning; the system also applies on Fridays and public holidays.
