Only appointments patients book online (on the website or in the app) and tickets they take remotely in the app are charged, and only when the consultation took place (a no-show is never charged), after a 30-day free trial.
Yes, if you work by appointment: they book a free slot on your public profile, on the yadoct.com website without creating an account or in the Yadoct app, and the appointment lands in your calendar. If you see walk-in patients, they take their ticket remotely in the Yadoct app and follow the queue.
No. Keep your software for your records and billing, and use Yadoct only for online booking, only for the queue, or for both. Nothing to migrate, nothing to install, and you can move to the full practice later without changing accounts.
On the practice computer, with the Yadoct app for Windows and Mac, and on phone and tablet, with the Yadoct Pro app. It is the same practice everywhere: an appointment booked from the phone also shows on the front-desk computer.
