Doctor appointment booking platform in Algeria: how to list your practice on Yadoct
What a doctor booking platform does for a practice in Algeria, what Yadoct is, how to register, how requests are confirmed, the cost — and how patients book.

A doctor appointment booking platform in Algeria serves two purposes: that patients find you, and that they book without tying up your phone. "doctor booking app Algeria", "book a doctor online": those searches come from patients, but the question doctors ask is different — which platform should I be on, and how do I register? This article answers it, and keeps a section for patients.
What a booking platform does for a practice in Algeria
An Algerian practice receives its appointment requests by phone, sometimes by message, often in person. Every request occupies your front desk; those arriving outside opening hours are lost. A platform puts your calendar in patients' hands: they see your slots, choose, and the request reaches you. It also brings what the phone cannot: a public page people find by searching your name, automatic reminders and, for practices that work first come first served, a queue the patient follows from home. A good platform does not impose its way of working: you keep your pace, your consultation reasons and your confirmation mode.
What Yadoct is
Yadoct is an Algerian platform for medical appointments and waiting queues, for doctors, dentists and clinics. On the patient side it takes two forms: the website yadoct.com, where you find a practitioner and request an appointment without creating an account, and the Yadoct app (Android and iPhone), where you keep your appointments, receive your reminders and take your remote queue ticket — the ticket is taken in the app only. On the practitioner side, Yadoct Pro is a phone app and a web console: your profile page, the calendar, the queue and the waiting-room screen, patient records, prescriptions and teleconsultation. The practice software is free. Yadoct is a platform: it does not provide care and gives no medical advice. Yadoct opens in Algiers first; other wilayas follow progressively.
How to register your practice
- Download Yadoct Pro from the Yadoct Pro page, on Android or iPhone.
- Create your professional account with your credentials: an identity document and a professional document.
- The Yadoct team checks the file before activating the account and publishing your profile. No profile is published without that check — it is what guarantees patients that the practitioner they book exists.
- Set up your practice: hours, consultation reasons, slot length, confirmation mode, and the queue if you work without appointments.
Already using medical software? Keep it: Yadoct becomes the front door to your calendar, and your upcoming appointments are imported from a photo of your notebook, an Excel file or Google Calendar. Details are on the online booking page.
How appointment requests are confirmed
On yadoct.com, the request goes straight to the practice, which calls the patient to confirm the slot. In the Yadoct app, the request lands in your calendar. For bookings from the app, you choose: switch automatic confirmation on and they land confirmed in your calendar; switch it off and each request waits for your practice to confirm it — one setting. A request from the website never enters the calendar of an auto-confirming practice on its own: the Yadoct team checks it by phone first. The patient is then reminded the day before and three hours before, from the app; your team does not phone to confirm. A missed appointment lowers the patient's reputation: below zero, their next requests are no longer confirmed automatically, they are reviewed first.
What it costs
The practice software is free, with no time limit: calendar, records, prescriptions, queue, waiting-room screen. Only the appointments and tickets your patients take through Yadoct are billed, per act or as a monthly plan, after a 30-day free trial. An appointment your front desk enters itself is not billed, and a no-show is never charged: only appointments that took place count. The amounts are on the pricing page and on the queue pricing page. Patient and practice data is kept on servers located in Algeria, encrypted and accessible only to authorised people, under law 18-07.
For patients: how to book
On yadoct.com, search for a doctor by specialty and city, open their profile and request an appointment: a first name, a last name and a phone number are enough, and the practice calls you to confirm. In the free Yadoct app, your appointments and reminders are kept, and for practices that work without appointments you take your queue ticket remotely and follow the queue in real time.
